Chez CC was founded by Christopher Rivett and Craig Thomson in a bid to bring fresh, classic dishes to a wider audience in China. Using British techniques and menus to appeal to both locals and expartriots alike. The food offerred at Chez CC follows the ethos of Chris and Craig as they believe in locally sourced, free range products that gives the customer a dining experience they are sure to remember.
